Displaying the help

The quickest way to display the help is to press F1 or the Help button - If context-sensitive help is available, it will be displayed automatically.
Most dialogs have a Help button that displays relevant information.



Contacting CommonTime support

mSuite and mDesign customers with current product maintenance or subscription can contact our support team by raising support requests from the web site or by phoning the support team. Note: The phone number is included in the email that contained your permanent software license key or subscription information.


Please only use the phone for high priority cases as this helps to maintain the general level of support for all of our customers.
