mSuite provides a number of reports that you can run - as outlined below.  For information about creating and running reports,

see Creating and Running Reports

 

         Framework Configuration Reports:

1.Application Component Report
Parameters: Select Application(s) (Specific Applications / All Applications)
Description: This report allows an administrator to view all components within a device management package.
2.Application Package Report
Parameters: None
Description: This report lists all available application packages for deployment, together with any associated Device Profile.
3.Deployed Application Packages
Parameters: None
Description: The deployed application package report shows either deployed or due to be deployed application packages.
4.Managed Desktop Devices
Parameters: Select Users (Specific Users / All Users)
Description: This report lists all desktop devices running the CommonTime Mobility Framework Desktop Deployment agent.
5.Matching Devices by Profile
Parameters: None
Description: This report describes which devices fit particular profiles.
6.Server Configuration Report
Parameters: Select Servers (all mSuite servers or Specific servers)
Description:  This reports show which IP address(es) and port(s) each mSuite service is listening on.
7.Static Configuration
Parameters: None
Description: This report allows the Administrator to view information about the mCenter and SQL Server configuration used by the current mSuite installation.
8.User Address Information
Parameters: Select Users (specific user(s), all users)
Description: This report allows the administrator to see SMS number and Carrier Information for selected users.

 

         Framework Usage Reports

1.File Transfer Report (Detail)
Parameters: Select Users(s) (Specific Users / All Users); Select Servers (Specific Servers / All Servers)
Description: This report details a file transfer log for a single user or group of users. The report is limited to 1000 results.
2.File Transfer Report (Overview)
Parameters: Select Users (Specific Users / All Users); Select Servers (Specific Servers / All Servers)
Description: The framework file transfer report displays data transfer rates, for a selection of users.
3.Network Address Report
Parameters: Select Users (Specific Users / All Users)
Description: The network address report allows an administrator to view incoming IP addresses. This report can be used to determine wireless network ranges, and provide guidance to cost report creation.
4.Service Usage By User (Graphical)
Parameters: Select Users (Specific Users / All Users); Select Servers (Specific Servers / All Servers)
Description: A graphical report that displays service usage for one or multiple users.
5.Service Usage Report
Parameters: Select Users (Specific Users / All Users)
Description: The Service Usage report defines either a report of last connection, or an exception report for all users who have not connected within a number of days.

 

         License Reports

1.License Package Tracking Report
Parameters: Select Package (Specific Package(s) / All Packages)
Description: This report is an overview of managed mSuite licenses.

 

mControl Asset Reports

1.Deployment Status Report (Detail)
Parameters: Select Users (select One or more users)
Description: This report shows which application packages have been deployed to a user.
2.Deployment Status Report (Overview)
Parameters: Select Package (Specific Package / All Packages); Select Groups (Specific Groups / All Groups)
Description: This report shows which of the selected application packages have been deployed to the selected groups of users.
3.Device Asset Detail Report (PocketPC)
Parameters: Select Users (Specific Users / All Users)
Description: This report displays specific information on all or selected users with Pocket PC operating system based devices.  Pocket PC is also known as Windows Mobile Classic, as well as Windows Mobile Professional.
4.Device Asset Detail Report (Smartphone)
Parameters: Select Users (Specific Users / All Users)
Description: This report displays specific information on all or selected users with SmartPhone operating system. The Smartphone operating system is also known as Windows Mobile Standard.
5.Software Inventory Report
Parameters: Select Groups (Specific Groups / All Groups); Select Package (Specific Package / All Packages), Select Install Type (Installed, Not Installed, Both)
Description: This report will list the software that is either deployed, not deployed or both.

 

Security Reports

1.Device Blacklist Report
Parameters: None
Description: The Device Blacklist report lists device ID's that have been remotely wiped, or devices that will be wiped upon the next attempt to connect to the mobility framework
2.Failed Authentication Sessions (Detail)
Parameters: None
Description: The failed authentication session report details any unauthorized attempt to connect to a connection manager server. This may be a result of a failed password/username combination.
3.Failed Authentication Sessions (Graphical)
Parameters: None
Description: The following graph displays the amount of failed authentication attempts per user ID. These failed attempts may be as a result of an invalid password, or malicious attempt to access the service. Further reason detail can be found with the associated Failed Authentication Sessions detail report.
